Refund policy

We want you to love the products you ordered! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at info@magicalcorner.net with your order number.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., wrong color or design), please contact us.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Custom or personalised journals
  • Digital/downloadable products 
  • Sale items 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping).

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
