Refund policy

We want you to love the products you ordered! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
- You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at info@magicalcorner.net with your order number.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., wrong color or design), please contact us.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:
- Custom or personalised journals
- Digital/downloadable products
- Sale items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping).
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
