Thank you for shopping with Magical Corner! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or personalised journals may require extra processing time (we’ll let you know before you order).
  • We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from Kranj, Slovenia using trusted carriers like GLS.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Slovenia: 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: 5–10 business days
  • International (outside EU): 10–20 business days, depending on location

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or courier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over €60.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (if you picked that option).
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@magicalcorner.net within 7 days.
  • We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
