Welcome to Magical Corner! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website magicalcorner.net and your purchase of our products. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Magical Corner is not a VAT registered business under Article 94 of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1).

2. Eligibility

To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Products & Availability

  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations (e.g., colors, designs) may occur.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in EUR (€) and do not include VAT (Magical Corner is not a VAT payer under Article 94 ZDDV-1). 

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Payment is available in all methods displayed at checkout. An order is considered confirmed after payment is successfully received. 

5. Orders & Shipping

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Customers outside the EU may be responsible for customs duties or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition/packaging.
  • Customised or personalised products (e.g., custom journals) are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (designs, images, text, logos) is owned by Magical Corner. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kranj.
